ClipLAB is a modern distortion plugin that goes far beyond simple clipping. It’s your creative lab for overdrive, tone-shaping, chaotic filters, and musical EQ distortion — all wrapped in a sleek interface designed for sound designers and producers who want destruction with precision.
The processor routing has been carefully tested to create a variety of distorted sounds from a single 909, 808 or other kickdrum sample or synthesizer.
Of course, the plugin is not limited to use on Kickdrums. Overdrive your guitars, leads and basses for the maximum amount of dirt.

Preset Management
Includes easy load/save, a curated randomizer for creativity boosts, and DAW-safe recall behavior. Preset files are stored in /User/Documents/Lussive Audio/ClipLAB/Presets.
Remove unwanted presets by deleting them manually from the server.

A free preset pack for ClipLAB is available and can optionally be installed in the preset manager.

Installation & Activation
Installation
Use the included installers or manually copy the VST3 / AU files to your default VST plugins folder. When running and activating the plugin for the first time, Lussive Audio / ClipLAB folders are automatically created to store presets.
Optionally you can put any of the included presets in there if you want to use those.
Presets and matching audio samples are included in a separate download.
Activation
On first load, an activation screen will show.
Upon successfully entering your license key, as obtained in your purchase, the online activation will be checked.
When the activation limit (3) has been reached, you can deactivate or delete an earlier activation in your Lussive Audio account.
Login to your account and deactivate or delete the license in case you have to re-install the plugin to a new computer.

- Fixed an issue where in certain ClipLAB stacking situations the plugin initialized other instances.
- Improved the preset menu behavior for Reaper on windows.
- Fixed an issue where after opening a preset, the last preset name wasn’t remembered in a next project session.
- Improved the randomize function. EQ4 and the Low Cut slope don’t randomize anymore and frequency range has been limited. Resulting in better Kick FX results.

Excellent all-in-one plugin for FAST WORKFLOW, especially for hardstyle kicks. I especially love the clipping section, and the note-based EQ feature is very useful, I am also surprised and love that it is CPU friendly and of course having a random function is very useful, SOMETIMES ACCIDENTS ARE PLEASANT.
The GUI, It’s nice, but to my taste it could look more “Analog”, it’s just my preference but as always Lussive creating excellent material, thanks for creating such useful tools.
